Regulations for the Setup of NTHU Alumni Association Chapters (Liaison Offices)

Tsing hua Alumni branches out all over the world. In order to promote the cohesion of the Tsinghua force and to enhance the Tsinghua brand value, we summon all the Tsinghua alumni in the world to set up Alumni Chapters or Liaison Offices and to organize regular alumni reunions, keep contact with schoolmates and set up a bridge between all the Tsinghua alumni in the world and their Alma Mater.

• Conditions for the setup of Alumni Chapters or Liaison Offices:

1. ​​An Alumni Chapter can be formed when there are more than 15 alumni of National Tsing Hua University, a President and a certain number of leaders must be elected to organize it. The number of members forming part of the Chapter is not limited. Each city or region shall, in principle, have one Alumni Chapter.
2. An Alumni Liaison Office can be formed when there is more than 1 alumnus of National Tsing Hua University and one of the alumni shall act as the Liaison Officer. Each city or region shall, in principle, have one Alumni Liaison Office.

• Setup Method: Fill in the "Application Form for the Setup of/ Change to NTHU Alumni Association Chapters (Liaison Offices)" and get the Alma Mater's accreditation.                                                                                                                                                                                                       
• Friendly reminders concerning alumni activities:

1. When organizing activities, every Alumni Chapter or Liaison Office may contact the Alma Mater, which will provide school banners, flyers, NTHU souvenirs to distribute among the attending alumni.
2. Please notify the Alma Mater if there is an election for President or any change in the contact person within two months of such change and the school banner shall be passed down.
3. After any organized event, provide a list of the participating alumni, take a group picture under the school banner and make available a summary of the event organized (including the photos) to the NTHU and we shall publish it on the official website of the Alumni Center. We shall use the Alumni E-Newsletter to provide news on the Alma Mater to the global community of Tsinghua Alumni.
