依註冊組規定，第一次申請英文相關證明文件需附護照影本或掃描檔之原因為註冊組需核對英文文件上之英文譯名是否與護照上之英文譯名相符，若不相符，外國學校或單位也將無法採用；第二次申請者則不需再附。
